We have chosen to install Aniheater® in our new stable. We have a total of 740 units fitted with the Dual Controller. We have been extremely pleased with the cooperation, we have had with Future Farming. It is a trustworthy company that keeps what it promises. We are very pleased with the Aniheater®, it provides an excellent heat distribution in the nest, and the Dual Controller ensures, that we can adjust the heat according to the need of the pigs. The durability is perfect, we wash them with a high-pressure cleaner when the sections are washed, and it has not caused any problems.
Aniheater® spreads the heat better than traditional heat lamps, it provides a better environment for your piglets & the opportunity to optimize the climate for the sows.
We have used Aniheater and the Dual Controller in a single stable since the market entrance of the Aniheater. We soon saw that it gave a much better distribution of heat, than we were used to, and that the pigs were more evenly scattered in the nest. Also, after several years of use and continuously washing with the high-pressure cleaner, we still find that there are no repairs and no maintenance needed at all. That’s why we were not in doubt at all when we built 168 new farrowing pens, we chose Aniheater and the Dual Controller for the new stable. The Aniheater provides a healthy environment which is pleasant for the pigs, and it is easy for employees to adjust the temperature of each pen. In addition, we save a lot of time from not having to take care of fragile lamps and bulbs when washing. And, between the production units, it has been a relief not to spend time switching bulbs, bad sockets, etc.
Aniheater® achieves a lower maximum temperature, and therefore creates a safe and secure environment for the pigs, with minimal fire risks.
I have had Aniheater in my stable now for almost 4 years, and it has been a fantastic investment for me and not least my piglets. An excellent heat throughout the pen and around the piglets is good, it’s good animal welfare. I do not miss the old incandescent lamps, and I also like the fact that Aniheater is much safer against fire in the stables.
